Experimental Celestia 1.4.1 packages for Debian

These packages are low-quality!

I got these packages to build and run on Debian unstable, but they're far from being finished. They're mainly to help the real maintainer of the Debian celestia packages in connection with Bug #374534.

Notes

• To regenerate the configure script after editing configure.in (or Makefile.am, etc), you have to run the following command:

  sh admin/cvs.sh dist

  I think it has something to do with the KDE build process.
• I switched from automake-1.7 to automake-1.8. That probably isn't the best thing to do.
• I think the documentation installation still needs to fixed. It also looks like /usr/share/doc/celestia-common/manual is no longer built, and I couldn't open the Celestia Handbook in the KDE Help Center.
• dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -us -uc takes about 20 minutes on my 3.2 GHz Celeron machine with 1.5 GiB of RAM.
